Sharon Jerotich Keter is a founding Partner at MKA LAW LLP Advocates. Sharon has gained considerable experience in handling complex litigation matters, corporate commercial transactions, immigration, Real estate and conveyancing matters spread over 5 years of giving indispensable advise to clients and delivering positive outcomes to them.
She has knowledge and requisite expertise that extends to banking law and project finance and all aspects of real estate matters including the representation of owners, developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and joint venture structuring of all property types including commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.
In Litigation, Sharon has assisted a wide range of individual and corporate clients in prosecuting and defending claims in the Court Appeal, High Court, Employment and Labour Relations Court and Magistrate’s Courts as well as Statutory Tribunals at various stations across Kenya.
Sharon has experience in the fields of civil, commercial and criminal litigation, alternative dispute resolution, immigration law, constitutional petitions, election petitions, public and administrative law, labour and employment law she has been engaged in proceedings at various stages with progressively increasing responsibilities and has managed cases from initial legal research to conclusion.
